Thank you for stopping by. We are very excited that #BYOD4L will be offered again. Add the above dates into your calendar if you would like to join us then. As you can see it will be sunny over these 5 days wherever you are! 😉
Over the next weeks, the team will be re-shaping some of the pages you find here in readiness for July. We start on the 14th of July and will be with you for 5 days.
Have a look around and let us know what you think and if you have any ideas and suggestions before we start, please leave a comment here or via Twitter using @byod4l.
If you like competitions, there is something for you as well. Have a look here as you could win a great book by Prof. David Gauntlett!
Please note, there is NO registration for this course. No locks and no doors! You have full access to all online learning spaces linked to BYOD4L. Feel free to complete our short initial survey if you wish as this will provide us with useful information about who you are so that we can make the course more relevant to you. BYOD4L is open to teachers and students in HE but also anybody else who would like to use this opportunity to learn how they could use their smart devices for lifewide and lifewide learning and development. Feel free to share this invite with others who might also be interested in joning us.
Two dear colleagues, Lenandlar Singh and Kathrine Jensen from two different corners of the world kindly offered to organise and coordinate a pre-BYOD4L tweetchat which will give you a flavour of BYOD4L. Tuesday the 8th of July, 8-9pm UK time – Join us then! The hashtag is #BYOD4Lchat.
Storify is now available from this tweetchat. Click here. Thanks again Len and Kathrine for organising this.
We would recommend to start following the site (see button on the right hand side) and @byod4l on Twitter to receive all updates.
See you soon.
